Did you know that there's a simple way to pipe this into the egg whites? Just place the salmon mixture in a resealable plastic storage bag and snip off a corner of the bag. Then you can pipe the filling directly into the egg whites. Garnish each with a sprinkle of paprika and a sprig of fresh dill weed, and in no time, you've got a party starter that looks like it was made by a professional chef!

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen hard-boiled eggs, shelled
  • 1 6-to-7.5-oz can salmon, drained and flaked 1/2 C. mayo
  • 1 Tbs. finely chopped fresh dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Directions

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks to a medium bowl; set aside the egg whites. Add the salmon, mayo, dill and pepper to the yolks. Mix them until well combined. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites. Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
