Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 C. cooked rice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- grated peel 1 lemon
- 1/3 C. golden raisins
- 1/2 C. flour seasoned with salt
- 1/4 C. oil
Directions
Mix the beef, rice, egg, onion, salt and pepper, grated lemon peel and raisins together and form into four triangular cutlets, 1/2-inch thick. Dredge with the seasoned flour. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the cutlets for 8 minutes on each side until golden. Serve with boiled rice and tomato sauce.
