  • 3 C butterscotch chips
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Line baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.

Place butterscotch chips, butter and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until all three are melted together and have a smooth texture. Remove from heat and add in vanilla extract.

Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle sea salt on top. Let fudge cool until it reaches room temperature, then refrigerate it until firm. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
