Who knew decadence could be made in just 5 minutes? This salted caramel fudge is so good no one will believe it only took you 5 minutes!

  • 25 caramels, unwrapped
  • 3 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. coarse sea salt
  • wax paper

Microwave chocolate chips and condensed milk for 2 minutes. Stirring every 30 seconds, pour chocolate into pre-prepped pan lined with wax paper. Microwave caramel and heavy cream for about 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds. Make sure caramel is melted and saucy. Pour melted caramel sauce over chocolate and let sit in refrigerator/freezer for remaining time. Sprinkle course sea salt before cutting and serving.
