  • 2 C. raw popcorn kernels
  • 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 2 C. brown sugar
  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 1 C. karo syrup
  • 1 C. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. sea salt

In a heavy bottom pan, pop raw kernels with oil. Heat another saucepan. Mix brown sugar, butter and karo syrup. Bring to a boil. Add milk and salt and allow to boil over medium-low heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Combine caramel sauce with cooked popcorn. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
