  • ½ C. chicken broth
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 2 T. tomato puree
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 bunch collard greens, rinsed and chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
