  • 1 bundle of asparagus
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Either in bundles of two or three, or individually, start from the bottom of the asparagus stalk and tightly wrap a piece of bacon around the whole thing, you may need two pieces to make it up the stalk. Do this for every asparagus, placing them on a baking sheet once they are wrapped. Drizzle the olive oil over the asparagus, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven, heated to 400 degrees, for 15 minutes, or until the bacon looks done.
