Who doesn't love gyros? If you're watching your weight or looking for a quick and light version, try out this one that uses some delicious Sara Lee® chicken!

  • 6 oz. fat-free Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/4 C. onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbs. reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 2 whole wheat pitas, cut in half
  • 4 Romaine leaves, torn
  • 1/2 lb. piece sliced-to-order Sara Lee® Premium Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped seeded tomato

Combine yogurt, onion, feta cheese, lemon juice, garlic and oregano; mix lightly. 

Fill pita bread halves with lettuce, chicken breast, cucumber, tomato and yogurt mixture.
