Sara Lee® Open Face Ham and Pear Sandwich
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted
- 1 Tbs. raspberry preserves
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary
- 1/4 C. arugula
- 2 oz. sliced-to-order Sara Lee® Premium Lower Sodium Honey Ham
- 3-4 pear slices
- 1 Tbs. blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 Tbs. pecans, toasted and chopped
Spread bread with raspberry preserves; sprinkle with rosemary. Top with arugula, ham and pear slices.
Sprinkle with blue cheese and pecans. Serve immediately.
