  • 4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • ½ tomato, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
