  • 2-4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • ½ C. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 C. cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 C. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 1 box cannelloni pasta, cooked and drained
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded

In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg, mushrooms, salt, and pepper until smooth. Spread a layer of sauce into a greased baking dish. Fill cannelloni tubes with mixture and place in baking dish. Top with more sauce and shredded cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees until golden.
