  • 4-6 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • red onion, chopped
  • 1 T. Thai chilies, chopped
  • 1/3 C. soy sauce
  • 1/3 C. Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 C. broccoli
  • 2 C. wide rice noodles

Arrange bell peppers, onion, and garlic in a layer at the bottom of your crockpot. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Golden Mountain sauce, and sugar; pour over peppers. Add chicken and cook on high for 4 hours. Add broccoli and cooked noodles during the final hour of cooking and serve with jasmine rice.
