Ingredients
- 1 box penne pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- ½ C. water
- 1 C. Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions
In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Pour in tomatoes with juice, tomato paste, water, oregano, and basil; cook for 5 to 10 minutes until heated through. Spread out pasta in a greased baking sheet and pour sauce over top. Sprinkle in cheese and stir to evenly coat. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
