  • 4 small spaghetti squash, cooked
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes, drained
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 T. basil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, brown beef with garlic for 10 minutes. Add in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, and basil; stir well and simmer for 20 minutes until thickened. Use a fork to shred spaghetti squash and clean out leaving a squash shell. Add shredded squash into meat sauce, combine, and spoon into each squash half. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
