  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ C. onion, diced
  • ½ C. honey
  • ½ C. soy sauce
  • ¼ C. rice wine vinegar
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 T. cold water
  • 1 ½ T. cornstarch
  • ¼ C. sesame seeds

In a bowl, whisk together garlic, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper. In your slow cooker, add chicken and onion; pour sauce over evenly. In a separate bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Pour into sauce, stir well, and cook for 4 hours on high. Stir in sesame seeds and serve hot.
