This sausage and pepper hash is completed in the crockpot, which makes it a wonderful breakfast recipe for a crowd. This is loaded with sausage, and that makes it perfect for those hungry guests you might be entertaining!

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 lg. yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lb. breakfast sausage, diced small
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 envelope brown gravy mix
  • 1 envelope italian dressing mix
  • 1 C. water
  • 3 1/2 C. frozen potatoes with onions and peppers (from 28-oz. bag)
