Sausage and Peppers on the Grill

This quick meal combines two favorites: Italian sausage and green bell peppers!

4-6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Italian pork sausage
  • 2 green peppers, seeded and sliced
  • 1 white onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

Cut sausage into 4 pieces.  Place sausages, peppers, and onions on a grill over medium heat and sprinkle pepper and salt over them.  Grill until sausage is cooked through and veggies are tender.

Serve with: Grilled Garlic Bread
