Sausage and Scalloped Potatoes

Hearty meal for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs. potatoes, sliced 1/4" thick
  • 1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced 1/2" thick
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 10 3/4 oz. can cheddar cheese soup
  • 10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
  • 10 oz. frozen peas, thawed

Directions

Layer 1/3 potatoes, sausage, onion and cheddar cheese soup. Repeat layers two more times. Top with cream of celery soup. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Stir in peas; cover and let stand 5 minutes.

Yield: 4-6 servings
