  • 1 Tbs. oil
  • 1 lb. potatoes, cubed
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 jar tomato pasta sauce
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and diced

Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the potatoes and sausages for 5 minutes. Add the onion, pepper, and carrots. Cook for 5 more minutes. Turn the sausages occasionally to brown. Add the pasta sauce, fill the jar with water, and add it to the pan. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
