Sausage Apple Puff

These delicious little puffs are perfect for breakfast or as a fancy appetizer for your next get together.

  • 1 12 oz. rolled pork sausage
  • 2 apples, cored, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tubes crescent rolls

Crumble and brown sausage until no pink remains. Drain and pour into a bowl. Add apples and cream cheese. Mix well. Separate crescent rolls into triangles. Place 1 Tbs. of mixture on the large end of each roll, and roll up, tucking sides in. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
