Sausage Balls
Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage meat - not formed sausages (any kind)
- 2 C. Bisquick
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- Seasoning (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients until mixed very well. Shape into balls about 1/2 inch to 1 inch in diameter. Cover a cookie sheet in foil. Place sausage balls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
