Here's an appetizer that doesn't take too much effort to put together. These sausage biscuit bites are best served warm.

  • 1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 4 1/2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 pkg. sausage links

Preheat oven at 375 degrees F. On a lightly floured board, roll each biscuit into a 6" diameter circle. Brush and butter. Combine the cheese and oregano. Sprinkle over butter. Place a sausage in the center of each roll and cover. Cut into 4 pieces and place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
