Sausage Breakfast Casserole

- 2 lb pork sausage
- 1 package frozen hash browns
- 1 C shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 C milk
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Prepare the sausages by cutting them into even slices. Then cook them on a pan over medium heat. Once they are cooked, place them on a paper towel and set aside.
Prepare the hash browns according to package directions; season with salt and pepper.
Prepare a casserole dish or oven safe dish and grease it with some oil or butter.
Once the hash cooked and ready; in a bowl throw in the hash, sausages and cheese and stir together.
Then in a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk with a pinch of salt. When ready, empty the hash mixture into the casserole dish and pour the egg mixture over it. Make sure that the liquid evenly covers the potatoes.
Finally, place it in the oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove and serve hot.
