Sausage Brunch Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 slices bread, cubed
- 5 eggs
- 2 C. cheddar cheese, grated
- Season to taste
Directions
Prepare evening before. Cook sausage and drain thoroughly on paper towels. Beat the 5 eggs and evaporated milk slightly. Add sausage, cubed bread and cheddar cheese. Pour into 9 X 9 in. casserole and cover with plastic wrap. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until firm, in a preheated 350 degree oven.

You can cook the sausage the night before and store it in the fridge, but DO NOT EVER mix the eggs in before you are ready to bake. Doing so risks becoming very ill.
