Sausage Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 1-lb. sausage (mild)
- 1 can corn
- 1 box cornbread stuffing mix
- 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook sausage, drain grease. Cook stuffing mix, set aside. Open corn, drain all juice. In round casserole dish: layer sausage, corn, stuffing mix, repeat layer, top with cheese. Place in 350-degree oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
