Working in a diner for 27 years, this was one of the favorites among our customers. Many of these were ordered along with a side of hashbrowns. Mmm Good.

Ingredients

1/2 sausage patty
1 egg
1 bun
cheese

Directions

In pan, fry the 1/2 sausage patty. When almost done, crack the egg over top of sausage and immediately begin to scramble the 2 together. You must be quick before the egg begins to cook. Once you have them scrambled together, let cook for about 45 seconds and then turn to cook on other side. Top with cheese and toasted bun top.
