Put all ingredients except milk in a bowl and start mixing. Then add milk. Mix with beaters until you get a sticky ball. You may need a little more milk to achieve this consistency. After its mixed well, remove beaters. (Its supposed to be really sticky.) Grease your pan and turn on oven to 350 degrees. Drop spoonfuls (tablespoonfuls OR teaspoonfuls - your choice) onto the cookie sheet about 1-2inches apart. Put in oven for about 5-10 minutes. When tops start to golden, check the middle of the biggest one with a toothpick. If clean when pulled out, they are done. Remove from oven and let cool until you can actually pick it up.
