  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ½ C. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 lb. rigatoni, cooked and drained
  • 2 T. sundried tomato paste
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 1 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded

In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, and thyme; form into meatballs. In a skillet, heat oil and cook meatballs until brown on all sides. Stir in tomato paste and pasta sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes, transfer to a greased baking dish with rigatoni, top with cheese, and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
