- 4 servings cooked spaghetti
- 1 Polish kielbasa
- 1 med. sweet onion
- 1 sm. red sweet pepper or yellow or mix
- 1 sm. green sweet pepper
- 1/2 bottle Italian salad dressing
Make pasta according to directions on box. Cut kielbasa in half lengthwise and then into chunks. Fry in fry pan just until heated through. Add chopped onion. Cut peppers in strips and add to fry pan. Cook until peppers are almost soft. Turn on low, put in about 1/4 of the dressing and stir well into meat mixture. Add this to large pot and add spaghetti noodles and rest of dressing. Stir and heat through again.
