Sausage Pork Kabobs

- 1 lb. boneless pork loin, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 10 2-inch cubes Italian bread
- 3 sweet or hot Italian sausages, cut into 2-inch pieces
Trim excess fat from pork. Thread pork, bread and sausages onto 8-10-inch long metal skewers. Alternate ingredients until they are all used up. Set skewers in a shallow baking pan and broil 3 inches from heat, turning frequently, 12-15 minutes, or until pork and sausages are browned and cooked through and bread is golden and crusty.
