Sausage Potato Casserole

- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, 10 1/2 oz
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 4 Potatoes, Boiled and Chopped
- 1 lb Italian Sausage, Cooked and Chopped
- 2 tsp butter, melted
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, stir soup, milk, mustard, sausage, potatoes, and one cup of cheese together.
In another bowl, stir the other cup of cheese and butter together.
Pour the sausage mixture into a casserole dish.
Pour the butter cheese mix on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
