  • 1 lb Sausage (casings removed)
  • 1 C Onion, chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1 C frozen Corn
  • 1 C frozen Green Beans
  • 1 C Rice, uncooked and washed
  • 2 10.5-oz cans Cream of Chicken Soup

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the sausage to the pan without their casings. Brown and break apart the sausage as you cook it. Once mostly browned, add the onion and garlic to the pan. Let cook for about three to four minutes or until the onions are tender. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Combine the rice and cream of chicken soup in a large baking dish. Once well combined, add the sausage and onions, corn, and green beans. Mix well before placing in the oven to bake for one and a half hours.
