Sausage-Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot pork sausage
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 C. chopped celery
- 1 C. chopped green pepper
- 1 C. chopped onion
- 2 (11-oz.) cans chicken rice soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 (8-oz.) can mushrooms and liquid
- 1 1/4 C. uncooked rice
Directions
Cook sausage until crumbly. Add pepper and chopped celery, green pepper, and onion. Cover and steam until tender. Add remaining ingredients and bake in a large casserole dish for about 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir once while baking so top will not dry out.
