Sausage Shell Stew

Ingredients
- 1/2 to 2 lbs. Italian sausage
- two 16-oz. pkg. frozen vegetables
- two 15-oz. cans Italian stewed tomatoes
- one 14-oz. can beef broth
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 C. pasta shells
Directions
In a skillet, brown sausage and cook about 5 minutes. Drain. In a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker, combine sausage, vegetables, stewed tomatoes, broth, Italian seasoning and shells. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 3-5 hours.
