Sausage Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb. country style sausage
- 1 41-oz. can pork & beans
- 1/4 C. onion,diced small
- 1 C. water
- 1/2 C. diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 15.25-oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Brown and cook sausage forĀ 20 minutes or until done; set aside. In a large pot on medium heat, add pork & beans, onion, water, tomatoes and corn. Cut sausage into slices and add to the pot. Add salt and pepper and stir well. Cook 25 minutes until heated through.
