  • 1 lb. country style sausage
  • 1 41-oz. can pork & beans
  • 1/4 C. onion,diced small
  • 1 C. water
  • 1/2 C. diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 15.25-oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Brown and cook sausage forĀ 20 minutes or until done; set aside. In a large pot on medium heat, add pork & beans, onion, water, tomatoes and corn. Cut sausage into slices and add to the pot. Add salt and pepper and stir well. Cook 25 minutes until heated through.

  • For anyone that would like to try my recipe, It's supposed to be 1C water & not 1/2C water. Sorry .
