Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. mushrooms
- 1 lb. sausage, any flavor
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing, any flavor
Directions
Wash mushrooms gently and remove stems from caps. Set aside to dry. In a large mixing bowl, mix the sausage and Stove-Top together by hand. Cut up about half of the mushroom stems and mix them in too. Stuff the mushroom caps with the sausage mixture. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes.
