Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. of mushroom caps
- 6 oz/3/4 C. cream cheese
- 1 lb. Sausage (breakfast)
- Provolone cheese
Directions
Brown and drain sausage. Combine cream cheese with sausage. Remove stems & clean mushroom. Shake off excess water. Fill mushrooms with mixture and top each mushroom with provolone cheese, put on cookie sheet bake at 400F for 15-25 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
Serves 4.
