  • 5 sausages, cut
  • 0.2 c. of riesling
  • 0.3 c. of juniper berries
  • 1 tsp of bay leaves
  • 3 c. of sauerkraut
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

Combine sauerkraut with the wine, apple, juniper berries, bay leaves, sugar, and salt. Cook sausage in olive oil, until golden brown, for about 10 minutes. Spoon sauerkraut onto a platter and top with sausages. Serve with mustard.
