Sautéed Chicken Livers

This is a great recipe for fantastic tasting chicken livers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken livers
  • 1 C. flour
  • Seasoning salt to taste
  • 1/3 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 C. shortening

Directions

Roll chicken livers in flour. Heat shortening in frying pan to about 350 degrees. Add livers. Sauté until about half done. Add onion and seasonings. Complete cooking.
