  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 red peppers, chopped
  • butter
  • pepper
  • seasoning salt
  • soy sauce

Shred the cabbage. Melt butter in a pot and fry the cabbage for about 6-7 minutes. Add just enough water to cover the cabbage and cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes or until cabbage is almost soft. Drain. Meanwhile, fry your red pepper and add seasoning. Continue cooking on low heat until cabbage and peppers are tender. Put cabbage and peppers on a plate. Pour soy sauce on top of all the ingredients and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
