Great tasting and a wonderful side vegetable with any fish, chicken, or meat.

  • 3 C. baby spinach, packed
  • 2 C. kale, packed
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Saute all of the seasonings and garlic in a skillet for about 4 minutes.  Then add the kale and spinach into the skllet and stir sporadically.  Continue this process until the greens have wilted and everything is well mixed together.
