Sauteed Corn with Peppers
Ingredients
- 3 Tbs. shortening
- 2 green peppers
- 4 C. corn
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pimiento, chopped (optional)
Directions
Remove seeds from green peppers. Chop peppers fine. Cook in the shortening for 5 minutes. Add corn and seasoning. Cook until browned. Serve hot. Chopped pimiento may be added, if desired.
