Sauteed Seitan
Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. seitan
- 1 1/2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
Directions
Cut seitan into bite-sized chunks. Heat oil in skillet. Heat soy sauce or teriyaki sauce gently with the oil. Add seitan and stir to combine. Stir-fry over medium-high heat until the seitan is lightly browned. This should take about 5 minutes. Serve at once.
