Sauteed Spinach with Garlic

This is the simplest way to add a green vegetable to your meal. Ready in less than 5 minutes and always a hit!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag baby spinach
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil

Directions

Pour olive oil in a pan and heat. Add spinach and garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes or until spinach is cooked down. Transfer to serving dish and squeeze lemon juice over cooked spinach.

  • I too make this often but I prefer to use regular fresh spinach which is hard to find. My grocer orders it for me but I think the taste is much better. Try it!
