  • 1 C. mushrooms, sliced
  • 3/4 C. onion, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. red wine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 T. vegetable oil

Saute onions for about five minutes on medium heat in oil until translucent.
Add mushrooms and saute for another five minutes.
Add red pepper, and saute for two more minutes.
Put on low and add lemon juice and wine.
Add seasonings, then serve.
