  • 3 lb Pork, chopped
  • Salt & Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 2 Medium Onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup sliced Almonds
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • ¼ cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1½ tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 pkg White Rice

Season pork with salt and pepper
Lightly braise pork on a hot and oiled pan
Place pork in crockpot
Cook onions and almonds on a pan and pour turmeric, coriander, chicken broth and let cook for a minute.
Pour mixture over pork.
Cover and cook for 7 hours.
Combine coconut milk, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl and pour over pork mixture after 7 hours and allow at least 20 more minutes of cook time
Cook rice as per instructions provided on the box.
Serve pork mixture and top with rice.
