Savory Bacon, Egg, And Onion Squares

- 1 carton eggs
- 1/2 C. non-fat milk
- 1 package sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled, divided
- 4 white onions, thinly sliced
- 1 frozen puff pastry dough
Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Thaw frozen pastry dough.
Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl until blended. Stir in half of the cheese and half of the bacon.
Pour egg mixture over crust and bake for about 20 minutes or until eggs are set. Remove from the oven. Top with the rest of the bacon and cheese, sprinkling onions on top. Let it stand for five minutes before cutting to serve.
