  • 1 butternut squash, cut in half
  • 1 T butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water, for filling baking dish
  • 1 T sage
  • 1 T chopped parsley

First, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Next, place sliced squash skin-side up in a baking dish, pouring water to fill the baking dish about ΒΌ inch full. Bake the squash for an hour and a half.
