  • 2 Slabs Baby Back Ribs
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Chili Sauce
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Dark Rum
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • ⅛ tsp Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wrap each slab of ribs in aluminum foil, making sure to double the thickness, and place on a large pan.
Bake ribs for 1 and 1/2 hours.
Unwrap from foil and drain drippings from the pan.
Place ribs back in the pan.
Combine the ingredients in a bowl and blend together.
Pour sauce over ribs, making sure to coat each one well.
Marinate at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours.
Grill ribs above medium-hot coals.
Grill for 30 minutes, while making sure to turn and baste with sauce every 10 minutes.
