Savory Crockpot Roast

This simply seasoned roast is very easy with a fabulous mushroom gravy.

Ingredients

  • 2-4 lb. boneless beef roast
  • 1 envelope Lipton Beefy Onion Soup mix
  • 1 can of Coca Cola
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom (optional)

Directions

Place roast in crockpot. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over roast. Cook on low setting for 6-7 hours. Remove roast from pot and serve. To make a savory gravy, stir in a can of cream of mushroom soup 30 minutes prior to serving.
